This morning we woke up to sail from White House Bay (St. Kitts) to Nevis. It was a beautiful morning for a sail: The calm waters of the protected Caribbean sea and the steady morning breeze was enough to get the boats going nine knots on an upwind course. With such nice conditions, it felt like the sail sped by too quickly.
We were moored on Nevis in time for lunch and a lesson on night sails and night sail preparation. We then spent time rigging jacklines and checking harnesses for the nightsail before rotating through doing watersports: tubing, skiing, and wakeboarding! We then headed to the beach in the late afternoon for a little bit of relaxation. The girls all decided to get braids put in their hair. Everyone hung behind on the beach to watch the sunset, while a couple of staff members went ahead to boats to make dinner for everyone.
Finally, after everyone had eaten dinner, we left on our night sail to Saint Barths!
