We woke up at Nanny Cay Marina to some delicious M&M pancakes cooked by Monet’s top chef, Emmy. Then the crew enjoyed some free time on docks, went to the pool, and checked out the shops. Tyson skippered Vivaldi through a flawless de-docking, and we all enjoyed the good breeze. We had a nice quick sail to Hodges Creek Marina where Jackson did a great job docking Monet. After Sonya on Sao Jorge skippered another perfect de-docking, we sailed to Trellis Bay. While Ben, Lauren L, and Taylor all went back to Nanny to sail on an IC24 for start their Basic Keeklboat certification, everyone else cruised upwind. On Vivaldi, the crew took over, and Nick sailed to trellis with little help or instructions! After mooring, the boats prepared for the Chili Cookoff!!! Gracie and Hannah led the cooking on Vivaldi and wowed the judges. Monet put on a Hawaiin themed chili night complete with Jackson, Sam and Patrick wearing coconut shells! The night was great, and it ended once again underneath a sky full of stars!!!
