Sierra 2 Trip Update Day 21

It was 6 a.m. when we rolled out of our bunks for the final time this morning to the crowing of roosters at Hodges Creek.  Departure day is always a whirlwind, and before we knew it our students for the last 3 weeks were on their way to town to catch the ferry, leaving Geneve and Berlin unusually quiet.  It is incredible to think back over everything that has happened on this program — it feels just like yesterday that we were welcoming a new crew aboard for this adventure.  Now, as we wrap up the summer, we hope that you, our students, had as good a time as we did, and that you carry the things you learned with us on whatever adventures the future may hold.  See you next summer!

Fair Winds & Following Seas,

Sierra 2
